Roger,

As usual, an outstanding sketch.

I saw it once in 2005 with my home-built 16" f/6.4.

Observations

Very faint streak next to a star. Faint but with slight mottling.

All,

Galaxy NGC-2683 in Lynx has always been a favorite of mine. Unfortunately all of my observations of this galaxy has been with my 10-inch reflector. I am hopeful that I can observe it with my 4-inch refractor this Spring.

It was included in the most recent S&T "Deep-Sky Wonders" by Sue French. I have included my notes and a rough field sketch of this beautiful galaxy.

Just wanted to share.
