[Lvas] Jupiter's Moons Disappear

Jonathan,

You witnessed one of those unique things that people don't see very often. One of the many things that makes this hobby worthwhile.

I won't be able to even look at the sky for a week and a half. I've got company. However, weekend after next, the first dark Saturday, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Redstone. The following weekend will be Cathedral Gorge. I hope by then, the remenants of hurricane Jemenez will be gone.

My big thing with Jupiter was seeing the aftereffects of comet Shoemaker Levy in the 90's. Was out at a park near Lawton Oklahoma. We had buffalo wandering around all night. Just had to be careful not to upset one!
