Re: Robert Burnham Jr; certainly a tragedy indeed. 

 

I had mentioned to you in a previous e-mail that there are quite a few of the Losmandy G-11 mounts in the area.

 

I started counting and there are four Losmandy G-11's, two Astro-Physics
(AP 1200's) one AP 600 all within 25 minutes from my house. They are all mounted in personal home backyard observatories.. 

 

Within a 60 mile radius there are too many heavy duty Losmandy and AP mounts to count. Again the G-11 is one of the most popular "super heavy duty" top quality mounts in this area. 

 

Unfortunately I do not have one. I have been an EQ mount enthusiast for the past 40 years. Again you are fortunate indeed to have such a quality mount...
