[Lvas] Redstone Tonight?

All,

Possible observing tonight in western North Carolina.

I very well may be able to do some work on M-27 tonight from my bakyard. The forecast at current is clear skies, low humidity, and temperatures possibly in the 50's. This was also the forecast earlier this week, but the clouds covered the sky shortly after I set my scope up.

I talked with some of my cycling friends earlier today. They were riding in the Blue Ridge Mountains and the temperature at 4:00 was in the 60's, and very clear. This is a very good sign of what may be in my backyard tonight.

Roger

Subject: [Lvas] Redstone Tonight?

Anyone want to take a chance on tonight and go to Redstone?

I've noticed a pattern of clearing after the sun goes down. Especially last night on the east side of town.

I don't really think Sawmill would be too great because if there is any weather generated due to the instability, it is more likely to happen up there, where at Redstone, I don't think that would be a problem.

I need to get out for the observer's challenge, even if I have to look inbetween clouds.

Fred
