[Lvas] Mt Charleston

The cars coming down the mountain with their brights on make that 
place a poor choice.  I prefer the gravel pit across the road (and 
downhill 100 feet) from the weather station.  You don't get any of 
the light from the headlights.

You should also try out the Sawmill Trailhead, about 3.5 miles up the 
road from the weather station.  It has restrooms and picnic tables.

We are trying out Lot 4 because it is up at 8500 feet, and may block 
the lights of vegas a little better than the weather station or trailhead.
