I just got and answer from Jasem, the main Linux driver developer In
Kuwait! Kstars V1.3 includes the driver for the Intelliscope as a
standard driver. It's available with KDE V4.0, which was just
released. You need to upgrade to KDE V4.0 from V3.5. I'm not sure how
to upgrade your "Mint" Linux distro, perhaps your son can help. If you
upgrade to KDE 4.0, then upgrade the "kdeedu" package, you should get my
new driver.
