Here is a link for documentation of the new mailing list. It's called
"Mailman" and has been around for 20 or more years serving thousands of
software projects, and user groups around the world. It's "Open Source"
software and as such will always be available for free. Upgrades are
also free and there are tons of resources available for help with it but
none should be required. Mailman will maintain an archive of everything
sent to the list that people can search and find posts we have made.
The more that people use it, the more valuable the storehouse of
information becomes over time. It organizes the historical archive by
Month, subject, thread, Author or date. The archive can be found by
going to the subscription page: http://lvlug.org/mailman/listinfo/lvas
or found directly here: http://lvlug.org/pipermail/lvas/
I have used this software for many years and it has NEVER failed me or
messed up in any way. Open Source software is well tested by thousands
of people.
