Welcome to out new astronomy email list.  I'm senging this message just 
by emailing to lvas at lvlug.org.  If you get this please reply and say hi 
to everyone.  There are only about 8 people subscribed so far.  We shoud 
announce it at the next meeting.

The rules.  We should set some rules on jusing this mailing list., just 
to keep things from getting out of hand.  I suggest we limit discussions 
her to the subect of Astronomy.  Posts should just be related to 
Astronomy, somehow.  No abusive posts, no advertising, unless you have a 
piece of astronomy gear for sale.
